Poor instructions. Bright light.
A complete failure of the seller/manufacturer to include any instructions on how to adjust the sensitivity of the PIR sensor or how to adjust the on duration.Plugging in for the first time, the lights turn on in the absence of detecting any motion. This really is not good enough. The lights when on are very bright so this looks like it could be a good product if I can work out how to adjust the PIR sensor. The controls for adjusting the PIR sensor are internal so you have to force open the case of the sensor and inside are 3 controls.Having experimented with this, I can now provide some useful tips on how to set up the PIR sensor.Step 1. Force open the case to the PIR. ( You may have to glue or tape it shut later as it doesn't re-close firmly.)Step 2. Adjust the on duration first. Set to a low on time (seconds), then you can experiment with the IR sensitivity and light sensitivity controls. The On duration control is the top most control (furthest from where the wires enter). Turn this fully clockwise with a small screwdriver, THEN turn it back anticlockwise a small amount until the grove points at 1:35hrs if it were a clock face. This control is very sensitive.Step 3. Test the sensor out. Make sure it responds to your body heat. You should find the sensor triggers the lights to come on for something of the order of 8 seconds. Get this working first. You can adjust the on time to be what you need it to be later.Step 4. Start to experiment with the IR sensitivity. As the on time is now so short, you are able to see the results of the changes you make here. The IR sensitivity control is at the lower right of the circuit board. If the distance at which the sensor triggers is too low, too close, then turn the control clockwise. This will make the IR sensor more sensitive.Position the sensor where you want it, and walk towards it. Observe at what distance it triggers and adjust the control as necessary.Step 5. Experiment with the Light sensitivity control. The sensor incorporates a light level sensor such that if the level of room illumination is high enough, it doesn't turn on the LEDs.Play with this, by carrying out tests with the room light on and off (or daytime /night time). You might not need to adjust this control, all down personal preference.Step 6.Finally, adjust the on duration time to be what you really need it to be.Step 7. Reassemble the case. It may be lose after having forced it open the first time. I'd suggest using a bit of masking tape to provide a temporary closure mechanism, so you have the opportunity to make further adjustments to it. Then when it is all set up perfectly, you can think about glueing it shut permanently.Though I suspect with time, over years of use, the IR sensitivity control might need further adjustment, so I personally wouldn't glue the case shut: I'd use an appropriate coloured small piece of electrical tape.My verdict? It's quite a good product, shame about the missing instructions.

Works great, bright, double sensor works.
The media could not be loaded. Just need to today up the wires.Works well. Can't say anything bad. Light is bright. Instructions aren't great if you want to install additional sensor but I managed to figure it out.I managed to do it. You need to buy an additional sensor, same model which is Sensky BS010WL. That's the White version that's available directly from Amazon. The black one is more than 3 times the price as it's third party. You'll also need one 1 female to 2 male splitter DC power cable and you'll need one 1 male to 2 female splitter cable (managed to find one on Amazon, Cerrxian brand). Then you connect the single end of each splitter to the power cable and the other to the light. Then just insert both of the sensor's wires to the right splitter. You may need to get a couple or four of male to female DC power extension cable if you need to place one of the sensor's further away. Not sure if you can use different sensor settings on each one. Like timing etc but I kept them both the same just incase. It's worked for me.

Bright!
Invest in a pair of ray bans if you intend to get the brightest choice. I also made a mistake of getting cool white rather than warm white due to a slip of the finger. My intention was to use this for under bed nightlight, when getting up in middle of the night it would light up, but it’s so bright (and white) that it lights up the whole room. I need to think about how to angle it away.Adhesion was amazing, just give the surface a wipe first and make sure it’s dry, really simple to apply.

Bright, simple to use.
Simply to put up, I've not used the motion sensing part or rocker switch that are provided as it's plugged into a remote control plug( though I have another on the stairs that I did use with the motion sensing part and it worked brilliantly)Its bright enough to eliminate the dining room and living room with ease and looks really good.I would say as long as you want a lot of light there great, if your after a more intimate look there too bright for that.

Impressive lights. Does the job.
I had read that cutting and pasting the strips into separate sections was tricky. I must admit I found it a doddle. I cut in the right place, plugged the new ends into the connector and it worked first time. Each cut took literally 2 minutes. And this was after I had thrown away the instructions. So dont let that side of things put you off.Pleasantly surprised also at how well these lights light up the airing cupboard. Really is impressive. The sticky back strip bonded well to the timber as well. The motion sensor dones hang about either and with a little tweaking of the setting we have it down to a duration we are happy with. Took about 10 mins playing with the driver unit to get that right. The motion sensor picks up movement through the Louvre door which was a bit annoying as it would go off as we walked past the closed cupboard, so we put some masking tape over the bottom half of the sensor and it fixed that issue.Would definitely recommend.
