Healthy Alternative to other Sports Drinks!
Really great product! Very healthy ingredients and uses no sugar, artificial sweeteners, or dyes. It does contain stevia and some added vitamins. This is a great alternative to the standard sports drinks that use all the above undesirable ingredients. The flavors are great. I definately recommend it.

Great Electrolyte Drink if you have POTS!
Gatorade Fit has become a life changer for me! I have POTS, which is an autonomic nervous system disorder. I constantly get dehydrated and need extra salt and other electrolytes in my body. I also have vasovagal syncope so I faint a lot. These G Fit drinks actually taste great, they all contain a bit if watermelon juice, they are priced better on Amazon than Target (and even better with Subscribe and save). The ingredients are all natural and I can actually read them and know what they mean. I've tried every flavor and will continue to buy them, as they are GREAT for POTS!

Stops Lightheadedness and Great Taste
I am on GLP 1s and was getting lightheaded standing up. My doc told me to drink this during the day. Since I've started haven't been lightheaded a bit. Great taste.

No phosphates
Not sweet but I am constantly dehydrated and can not drink regular gatorade because of the added phosphates. I am working on second bottle today and allot of water has been released from my body its not sweet doesn't taste like diet drink I am happy with purchase
