I'm enjoying taking one of these capsules each day. They are easy to swallow or the capsules can be opened and sprinkled on your porridge etc. It's too soon to judge their therapeutic effects yet but so far so good.

I have been using for a few months to help achieve regular gentle bowel movements. I’ve found it to be very effective. I could go a few days without a movement but with this I go almost every day. I have tried magnesium citrate 250mg and it helped with sleep but didn’t consistently relieve constipation. I also tried magnesium oxide and that also wasn’t working consistently. I found this combo and am very happy with it. I only take 1 capsule about an hour before bed. As an added benefit it helps me relax and fall asleep without melatonin, which I used to take .5-1 mg each night. Highly recommend to try if you’ve done everything else to help with constipation.
