Works on thick carpet, easy to use.
The product came as described. Due to the different heights adjustments it works very well on thick carpet.

REPEAT: DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM POWER HEAD-VERY POOR DESIGN
I purchased this power head in July shortly after purchasing an OVO vacuum system. My installer could not get out to my house for several months. Once the central unit was intalled, I realized I needed a completely different hose to be able to use this power head. After the holiday season was over, I ordered the correct hose. It was delivered today. Upon attaching the wand to the carpet power head, a piece broke off rendering the unit completely unusable. I cannot find any way to speak to anyone at Amazon or other about this unit and getting a replacement. Until and/or if I am able to return this unit for a replacement, I'd suggest you DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.UPDATE: The manufacturer sent me a replacement. Yay!!! HOWEVER, the replacement BROKE AGAIN in the same exact place. My home is MOSTLY hardwood floors so this unit is hardley used...less than once a month...as carpeted bedrooms are upstairs in kids rooms that no longer live at home thus are not used.

Longevity
The height adjustment on the broke within a year of purchase. Product still works, but it is a backbreaker for tall people.

Great product but poor beater bar.
Worked super good until the bearings in the beater bar went out after 2 months of use. Now I need to see if I can find a new part.

Stopped working after two months
The power head stopped working (beater bar stopped rotating) after just two months. I contacted customer support. After 17 days of checking with management, they finally offered to have it picked up (at my cost), inspected (at my cost), and then to give me an estimate for having it fixed (at my cost). All of that would probably cost more than what I paid for the item. I am very unhappy with this purchase. I understand that a product may occasionally have a defect. But, this is not how you handle the situation when it does.

First use excellent!
Feels well built. Truly adjustable not like others that day automatic and don't have any actual adjustment. This is fully manual with an indicator window to show which height is set at.

2nd one failed beater bar
Burt put my second one. Long hair gets wrapped up in the bar and melts the plastic around the bearing. Seizes up. Cheap garbage.

Lots of power , cleans carpet very well.
This powerhead works very well. Lots of suction and the headlight is really bright. It is a bit heavy and stiff to detach from the hose. It could be because it is new. Hopefully it will become easier to detach after a few times.

Replaced our old worn out Vacuum Head
The product works just fine. We just connected it and it and started vacuuming.
