Flawed design
generally a nice piece of kit but a few bad design points: The "flap" sits flush with the internal face of the door leaving a 2" rim externally for the rain to gather on. The internal cover to secure the flap at night etc clips on. It is, once in place, very difficult to remove. Neither my wife and daughter are able to. I have tried to sand down one side of the clips to ease this but a rethink really is necessary. This would not be suitable for anyone with arthritis in their hands.

Not fit for purpose - dogs won’t use it
The last dog flap we had for my 2 westies was a rigid flap that had a part they could see through and used without any problems - this one is a flexible flap that is not transparent so they can’t see where they’re jumping out to - they won’t use it preferring to pee on the floor by the door! It’s also not draft proof and can feel the wind coming through as well as the rain - I’ve returned it as in my opinion it’s not fit for purpose - and ordered a similar one to my old one

burglars can climb thru it
when I put the closing panel on, it can be pushed out from outside; had to add a metal bar across it to make it secure

Waardeloos, je betaald je scheel voor een wardeloos ondoordacht stuk plastic met een waarde van 8 euro, als je dan toch goedkope troep wilt kun je beter je slag op Temu slaan, nooit meer.

Ya tenía una anteriormente y buscamos una igual para mis gatos. Es perfecta y muy práctica de poner. Nos gusto mucho si diseño y poco a poco aprenden a usarlo tanto como perros y gatos sin problema

Quality product and Genuine
Easy to install with the write tools. Medium - Perfect for a Spoodle dog . Magnetic flap gets a dirty therefore loses some grip at times. Glad to know replacement flaps are available in future. Recommended product and brand. AAA+
