Very excellent support. Very easy to put on. I work at a very busy hospital and we have two helicopter pads with a very busy trauma center. I have had a complete shoulder rebuild on my right side. I didn't enjoy the feeling of the pain on my left. Hopefully, with this brace and a physical therapy exercises that I know to do will help. It is comfortable.Even under my scrubs. Very easy to put on and take off.

I tore a shoulder muscle months ago, not quite full-blown rotator cuff 24/7 awful pain, but I'm unable to raise arm above shoulder or rotate bent arm outwards like im welcoming someone in for a hug. It's a dull pain at night and mornings when my mind isn't busy, sometimes the pain gets much worse if i forget its injured and I tear the muscle again. Worse thing is muscle loss because im not using the arm as much.Anyway, this brace supports my shoulder amazingly ! No more dull pain all the time ! I really hope this will help my muscle to heal and I avoid having to go thru the hassle of surgery. Took me about 2 minutes to fit after reading the photo instructions. I recommend wearing over a shirt but the material is pretty skin-friendly.

I had to have my wife help me put this on correctly. When it is put on correctly, it reduces my pain by about 40% which is nice. I recommend friction defense or something like that to provide a smooth barrier to prevent skin irritation or bruising. The buckle kind of digs under the arm, so you have to adjust it a tiny bit to face forward. I'd recommend finding a small pad to alleviate some of that. I also recommend an elbow or bicep sleeve to go with this for added relief. For what it's worth, the brace does make me feel almost fully functional again. I don't believe there's a better brace on the market that I have seen, but there is room for improvement.

Tried another brand and returned it because it was too big and very uncomfortable. Decided to order this one and it was the right decision. It seems to be one size but adjustable to fit anyone. I am a small person but the fit is great with the adjustable straps. I believe the size is lg/xlg only. I have a tear in my rotator cuff and this holds my shoulder in place but I can still use the arm without problems or pain. It does not confine me. You can wear it under or over clothing. I don’t sleep with it on but when I wear it throughout the day it Relieves the pain even when I remove it for sleeping. I think it will take being patient and wearing it daily for a month or whatever it takes to rid me of the pain completely. Be patient and see what it does for you. The price is much better than most of the others. Just a reminder: it is very comfortable and wearing is no problem for me. Just always be sure that you tighten the strap to hold the shoulder pad in place securely.

I picked this item from a large number of options because I liked the soft material and overall I liked the reviews. Even though I just got it today, I’m gonna review it because I was desperate, having a shoulder injury where I didn’t completely dislocate, but partially dislocated my shoulder. I guess it’s called a subluxation or something, very painful for me anyway.I’m writing this review so quickly because of a couple of complaints about people not liking where the clasp or whatever you call it sits under their arm. So I want to address that. Based on reviews, I had anticipated and preplanned to deal with this by using wrist sweatbands. You know the little sweatbands you wear around your wrists to mop sweat from your forehead with in tennis? OK, they are great for this issue because you can when you un-velcro the adjustable part that goes around your arm, un-velcro it and put one really fat wristband on or two normal ones and push them up away from the offensive clasp and then when you Velcro it in place, bring those things down to cover the hard plastic clasp.This support was easy to use and instantly made it possible to hold my shoulder in place and also pull my shoulder back, which is partially what the problem was in the first place is I have an injury and I slump so my shoulder needs to be held back in place. it was also easy to put a soft cold pack between the support and my shoulder, then pull the cold pack back out.I’m gonna go ahead and post this review now, and then tomorrow, I’ll have my granddaughter take pictures of it on me. But I give it a 10 out of 10 because it’s already made me feel better by holding my shoulder in place and keeping my shoulder back. I think I should also be able to shower with it on, but I haven’t tried that yet. I will definitely come back and update this review.

All I can say is I’m very grateful. After buying a much more expensive brace that did nothing, I purchased this one. The pain in my shoulder improved almost instantly. You can tighten it in several places making it much better than a compression sleeve alone. You are also able to place a small ice pack inside a little pouch on the brace. I’m very pleased.

I just got this brace today. The brace really feels good on. It holds your shoulder in place. The only problem I can find with this brace is that the arm cuff buckle, the part with the plastic to adjust your arm band, ends up right underneath your arm. If you try to adjuse it, it throws off the tension in the shoulder part of the brace. Otherwise it's a good one. I will leave another review after a month or 2 to see how it holds up. It is warm and it's not balky. That's what I meant about the shoulder tension in the brace. It's just too bad they didn't have the foresight to try it on and to see where the brace buckle for the arm ends under your arm. That buckle is very uncomfortable underneath your arm.UPDATE: It has taken me some time to adjust this brace to fit my arm and shoulder correctly. I have to say it has caused me some pain. I believe most of these braces are exactly the same. This is the second one I have purchased. This onedoes fit better than the last one, only because it is closed at the shoulder. I'm sure it will be different for every person depending on what is wrong with your shoulder. The best thing I can recommend is get to a Doctor and find out what's wrong!

Works but gets uncomfortable under the arm so I only wear it for about an hour or two. Holds an ice pack.

This was a game changer for my husband with his rotator cuff injury. He tried a sling first which was helpful but didn't allow for much movement of his arm. This item fit perfectly and allows him to at least get some work done, and he finds it very comfortable. It doesn't dig into his armpit or anything, like some other reviewers said. He's 100% satisfied with it.

I thought I could get away with buying this one strap version of a shoulder brace but I'm finding it uncomfortable to wear.The problem with this one is the adjustable Velcro buckle (which you can't see in the pictures) is right under my armpit and digs in which makes it quite unpleasant to wear.
