One star for the ring, 5 for the customer serviceThis is an unfortunate product with incredible customer service. I really wanted this ring to work.The heart rate bpm was significantly off, the ring would disconnect and I'd lose data and the battery was shot on it causing it to drain in a day.When my issues first started it was the bpm and connections. Customer service was amazing and refunded me asking I would continue to wear it and provide feedback. But sadly the ring degraded over the next few days. Another agent told me they would have sent out a new one if they hadn't already refunded me.I imagine I got a faulty ring, though apparently the bpm issue is known and they're working on a fix.

Der Ring muss Eng Anliegen - könnt ihr ihn mit Seife noch entspannt abziehen und habt ihr morgens nach dem Aufstehen keine Einschnürungen, dann sollte es passen. Bei drehen des Rings sollte sich die Haut etwas mit drehen. Liegt er nicht eng wird er bei kältere Temperaturen rutschen und nerven.Lieferung erfolgte binnen 24h extrem schnell.Erstes Fazit nach 3 Tagen: (im Vergleich zu Oura)-Messwerte ähnlich genau wie Oura-Analytik ausgeprägter als bei Oura (zB. Bester Zeitpunkt für Kaffee), und das ohne monatliche Abogebühren-Akku lädt etwas länger und hält nicht so lange wie Oura (ca. 4-5 Tage)-App ist teilweise nur mit englischen Inhalten verfügbarInsgesamt nach meiner Meinung aktuell der Preis-Leistungs Sieger bei Smart-Rings.

Firstly, I bought the sizing kit and followed the instructions before buying the ring. Personally I had no issues with the size of the ring when it arrived. The quality of the ring is great. I haven't had any scratches appear thus far but I suppose it is only a week old.From my point of view, the only issue I currently have is the requirement for precise location within the app. Though it is used to connect to the ring to your phone, it unfortunately also picks up whenever you use any of the workout functionality within the app. I'd prefer if there were finer grain settings for when location permissions are used. That is, only use precise location to connect the ring and not use it for outdoor workouts without my consent for example.Besides that, there is only one really annoying bug with the app becoming non responsive when location permissions are turned off. (I have been told that this is being fixed in an update however)Overall, since I've had it, the insights are good and the app has a lot of information. Updates to the app are also frequent. The little nudges by the app help get me on my feet. There is a bit of a discrepancy between the metrics provided by this and the galaxy watch (The biggest I have noticed is the step count. There's around a 3000 step count difference on some days and I've noticed it doesn't pick up some of the times I have woken up mid sleep like the galaxy watch does).Besides that though, it is getting better.

Me gusta mucho la abundancia de información que facilita así como la comodidad en su uso. Los tiempos de carga y duración de la batería anunciados,en mi caso al menos, son muy optimistas en un 30% aproximadamente.
