My hand from wrist to tip of my middle finger is 7 inches so go with medium.With the cut resistant it works fine, you can slice and dice with this gloves. Puncture wise no. You can feel the tip of the knife or any sharp object on your hand.

After reading reviews and description, I ordered a pair. They arrived quickly and seem to be well made. They fit well and were comfortable. I help my wife in our garden and one of the main reasons I wanted them was to avoid thorns sticking in my hands. I was disappointed when on my first try, I felt the thorns through the gloves very distinctly. I will probably return them since they did work for me.

I tried to stick a safety pin in these while on my hand, and using moderate pressure, the gloves performed as expected as being puncture resistant. I will be buying another pair asap.

Was really impressed by this product, i used it to pluck weeds that have thorns and it saved me from getting pricked!

When it came in the mail I tested it out to see if it’s cut proof. I can say it did it’s job for the price. Everyone was amazed by it.

These are OK. Definitely anti slip, cut and scrape resistance is OK. puncture resistance is horrible. I was able to puncture was a small paper clip so anything if a point would more in-likely go through the glove.

If you're doing extensive work, especially with boxes, These gloves are not ideal. In the same day I got them, the "anti slip" material began to peel away. A week later, all of that anti slip material is gone. I guess if youre doing casual work, they may be fine.But mostly for the price and the kind of work done, you might be finding that theyre overpriced for thr mediocre quality.
