My child is extremely picky about gummy’s that are vitamins, and she likes these a lot. The flavor and texture are nice. They are easy to chew and seem to help with her fiber intake. It’s easy for your kid to use and the taste is very good. This is a good deal as well.

Good brand, worth trying.
Don't try and take a bunch at once when you are not used to them because the side effects are you will get bubbles in your stomach and lots of gas. LolI take two in the morning and two at night, and I am not sure how much they have helped but I will continue for another month or so. They don't taste the best but they are also not terrible. They are definitely tolerable but the texture is a smooth sticky texture. They aren't very big so you can eat two at a time. I think with the brand reputation and them being a healthier option, you are getting a good value for what you paid.
