Gift for grandfather
Was a gift for my grandfather! He absolutely loved it. Said it was well made and is excited to use it on his windy porch!

A nice set but....
A nice set my only complaint is that the ashtray is not deep enough to actually hold the butt end of a cigar after you smoke it, which is part of the reason I bought it so I'm a little disappointed but no control no quality control issues anything or like that.

This looked so perfect! I loved the cigar / cigarette rests, or slots! I don’t smoke “real cigars,” but my djarum go out if they’re pointed downward, like in a regular ashtray, so being able to keep them flat, over the ashtray, was a feature I loved. I don’t think I have found others that have that. Also having a lid to cover the ashtray if it was windy was something I wanted. The removable metal ashtray was a nice convenience as well. The drawer was a nice touch too. Anyway, I was so excited to get it and put it to use! It arrived well packaged. Unfortunately, the metal ashtray insert had to be pushed, in order to fit. And trying to get it out was a challenge! I wouldn’t be able to empty it, without making a big mess! It took both hands, and lots of pulling and wiggling to remove it. I could probably live with that, and just leave it in its place, and dump the entire box over the trash to empty the ashtray. But then the lid to corner the ashtray didn’t fit. It was cut too large. I removed the metal ashtray and the lid still wouldn’t fit into the box. Quite disappointed! I REALLY liked this! I returned it the same day. Tempted to order another, in hopes that I just received a bad one. Concept is great…if it works! Quality was perfect for the price.
