This product was recommended to me by my hairdresser and when I received my product it had been OPENED and USED! I was shocked and very disappointed. I was sent out an replacement and used the conditioner last night, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the product!!! With that said, I hope there is some improvement on their delivery 😞

This product doesn’t look or smell like the Sephira mineral mud at all. It’s lighter and the texture is different. Very disappointed.
