well built - looks good
Even though they arrived well packaged bubble wrapped and all the fixture and fittings included and bagged separately I can only give 4 stars as 3 of the brackets are chipped slightly - not enough to send back - I do recommend the brackets they are strong and will do what they are intended for

How strong is it?
Smaller than expected, stronger than expected. Used to anchor a homemade feather edged fence 60cm tall on top of a 12m breeze block garden wall.
