The media could not be loaded. I got this dryer specifically to de-shed my English lab. She is so so fluffy, and even with brushing and the vacuum brushes for dogs, she’s covering the house in dog hair. My dogs don’t like the vacuum or hair dryer, so I put the motor of this outside the bathroom door and pulled the hose through. I left a crack in the doorway for the hose and this made it much quieter. My dog was able to sit and be dried with some treats. As you can see with the hair all over the room, THIS WORKS. It is more valuable than its price, so easy to use, and works wonders. If you need to de-shed your dog- BUY IT NOW. My dog is already happier without all that extra hair.

I am in love with this dog hair dryer! I only wish I bought this year's ago! I could have been using this all along and it makes grooming so much faster and easier! I had a Newfoundland and used a regular hair dryer which took FOREVER. We were both wiped out by the time groomings were done. This would have made my life and so much easier!After he passed away, we ended up adopting a Newfydoodle (newfypoo) puppy and I decided I was going to invest in this dryer. I am so glad I did. I have used this probably 6 times in the last 3 months and couldn't be happier. I can dry him in a fraction of the time it takes with a regular hair dryer. The dryer seems like very good and durable quality. It is heavy but in a good way. It is super easy to put together. The hose is nice and long and kind of loosens and stretches while the dryer is on, making it easy to maneuver. The speed and heat settings are adjustable but low seems to work great for us. I also bought a grooming table which also helps keep him from walking off and most importantly- saves my back. So I keep the dryer on the floor and the hose is long enough to easily get where I need it too. I haven't really used the extra attachments as the regular one seems to do the job. He doesn't seem to mind the powerful air or the noise much. Being a doodle, I was worried his fur would be difficult to manage but this does a great job getting to the base and drying the entire coat. I make sure to talk to him and give him tiny treats through out the process to keep him happy and it seems to help get used to the process (as he would rather be playing lol). This dryer is not cheap but not crazy expensive. Between this and the table (and shampoo, brushes, clippers and a nail dremmel) , I'm sure I would have spent just as much after 3 or 4 trips to the groomer. (Note: I am not a professional groomer but I do have a lot of experience with my own dogs and understand how to safely and properly use this product.) I am so happy I now have everything I need to make this process a breeze.

I am not a pro. I can only do an early rating as we are still trying to get our Mini American Shepherd acclimated. He feared the breeder's loaned dryer (too loud and perhaps too powerful). I used a human hair dryer in transition and then took a chance that this one was quieter. To my surprise, it is! The power line and hose also appear to be long enough to meet both on the floor and table needs. I like the comb attachment as it allows me to use one hand to calm my pup and one to dry. I also recommend starting with no heat setting as the motor warms the air enough to be comfortable and still dry the dog's coat. A probable 5 star.

Yes It says it's for your pets. I use it for a lot more. I dry off my car, blow out my garage and I have even used it to clean out from under a few low plants in the yard. My dog ran from it at first, then slowly she has gotten use to it, But she also don't like getting a bath. My dog is a Husky, and with that you all know there is a ton of fur / hair. Yes I had fur everyplace the first time I could really use on her. I was covered in her fur, it floated in the air for days, the mess I had on the ground was bad. How ever, I used this product to blow it all into a trash can and wow how fast the clean up was. She looked like a new dog. My neighbors asked if she had lost weight. I / we laughed and said no fur. So with that being said I would give this 2 thumbs up. The price is good. Even better when on sale. it has both heat and cool air, you can adjust the blow presser and it is really light weight.
