For the price, it's very well worth it! And it's touch screen too.

Solid performance and battery life, but the keyboard feels stiff and speakers are weak. Worth the price if you prioritize function over luxury.

This may be a great computer, however my experience with the seller was the worst possible experience that I have EVER had with an Amazon purchased product. Amazon has always been amazing and they eventually did get me a full refund from this seller, but it took weeks, many phone calls, email and hours on the phone, as well as my own dedication to continue to call and email.The computer worked for exactly one day, enough time to download all of my personal data onto it, then it quick working, would not turn on. I tried all the technical stuff at my disposal, but to no avail. I got permission to return it and once it finally got back to them after 10 days in transit, they gave me a partial refund, they said I returned it with scratches on the back of the computer. This was absolutely false.I returned the computer with ALL of my personal data on it, which meant I had to change all of my passwords.This was a horrible experience and I really hope no one else has to go through it. Check the other reviews for this seller before you even think of buying from them.

Item was late arriving. Runs fast enough and seems ok but to my complete frustration it is running in Windows 11 S mode which is infuriating and deceptive. The seller advertises it as a Windows 11 Home computer. Now I have to switch it from S mode to Home mode and hope it works and from what I understand, the switch doesn't always work.There is absolutely NO support from Amazon or the "Seller" on this either. Which means you're on your own. It might turn out to be a nice computer if / when I get it running the way it was supposed to be upon delivery, but what a lousy start!

I purchased this laptop November 26, 2023. My year warranty expired in December 2024 and yesterday my screen frame started falling apart. I did a little research and found out that this has occurred with other people and can make your screen unusable. Currently I can still use mine but will not close my laptop lid because I don't know if it will work the next time I open it. Something I've also dealt with with this laptop is that it gets extremely hot on the bottom. I have put up with it because I thought it was a pretty good laptop but with the current situation, I no longer think that.I am not hard on my laptops. My laptop previous to this one was another Dell that I had for 6 years before I upgraded. I would not recommend buying this laptop. Only got a little more than 1 year use out of it!I am now looking for a new laptop and it won't be a Dell.
