Bought for my dog’s high cholesterol/triglycerides with cushing’s. Vet recommended. And it actually lowered it by 50%. I am planning to buy another one soon

I had suffered acid on the stomach for 20 years. and finally there was an answer. To me this is like a miracle and I needed this so badly. Basically I take 2 table spoon on the empty stomach and eat something sweet to get it down. This really grabs the nasty acid on the stomach and your nerve starts to feel calm down. I take at least 3 table spoon per day. and I have been healed so much ever since. I laugh about the pill because it is normally a half gram or a gram size. I take quite alot and I lost so much weight and my skin glows. I thank you crabs. And thanks to bulksupplements too. I don't have any fish after taste or smell like someone else said on other product. If you want to be strong and healthy I would take this.. Not just lose weight. This is an under valued supplement. I would like to add how I take it. I get a spoon in the mouth and drink water and wash down. I tried with Kombucha once they stuck to my mouth all bitter and extremely sticky. So ever since then I only use water and I try to be quick. once you taste it it tastes really bitter.

Have used capsuled Chitosan for years. I know it does not taste well, mix well; but it works great for undigested fat absorption...among other things. Saving a few $'s here and there is what counts, on products I believe in that still have the quality. Mixing the powdered Chitosan with something else, like applesauce is more palatable. Just a spoonful of applesauce to get it down the hatch. I think it works great. And I won't have to worry about death by capsules. (Just a little humor). The product understandably, could be a fly away powder if you are not careful, and the zip closure is certainly secure if you have a spoon to press it closed for those with weak finger pressure. Otherwise go for it.

It’s not as soluble as your average ag chitosan, but it’s still a good seed treatment, seedling fertilizer, and foliar spray. It’s also way easier to find in reasonable/affordable quantities than ag chitosan, and considering the amount of Chitosan you need per gallon this is going to last forever. Use it on your tomato transplants for a bigger root ball, and mixed with Captan to as a bean seed treatment.

Let's be honest: you don't buy this for the mouth-feel! It has hardly any flavor (good), but the fine powder makes it worse than the Cinnamon Challenge if you don't mix it first! It will work well in smoothies, but not so well in just water (I have read it prefers acid solutions, but that still might take time). I mix it with oatmilk and that seems to do the trick. A couple notes for those not in the know: chitin is in shellfish (shrimp, crab, etc) and get processed to become chitosan, so this product is not vegan, kosher, or halal.

I'll let you in on my little secret and tell you that if you take a mix of chitosan and ascorbic acid (a volumetric ratio of 3:2, chitosan over vitamin C) in capsules, that your body will be able to digest 5 times the vitamin C without getting diarrhea and gas. Each cap will have 1/3 gram of vitamin C. Take 350 mg/per kilogram of body weight each day (divided into six doses, every 3-4 hours) and you will get the resultant effect from the huge vitamin C intake!🤗
