Bad software, full of bugs
The music sounds fine when it works but this is far too buggy. I've had it for a few years and have never got it working properly in my BMW E90 3 series. It randomly puts my ipod into shuffle, once disconnected from Bluetooth it won't reconnect, call quality is awful with loud pops and crackles, and it regularly freezes and refuses to answer.
