Very sturdy.
I was surprised at how sturdy this thing is. I’ve had a flag on it for a week now and it hasn’t loosened at all. Mostly 20-40mph speeds. I did go 50 a couple times. I don’t know if I’d trust it on continuous highway speeds though. Do not buy this if you’re truck doesn’t have plastic trim piece running along side the bed. Otherwise you’ll scratch your paint. You also need a thick flag pole. I wouldn’t trust this at all with a thin and flimsy pole. You have to go out a buy a $30-50 pole. I’d also suggest using a lightweight flag. You might think you want to buy a thick fabric that will hold up better without tearing, but I think the extra weight would cause too much drag at higher speeds. You’re better off with a cheap lightweights $5 polyester flag.

Very strong
The best thing for 60 mph and no drilling.

I highly recommend this flagpole holder.
Solid flagpole holder. Made well. Fits great on my Tundra. I use different mounts that fit inside the Tundra cargo rail system. You can find them on Amazon. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect for the job!
Bought several types of flag pole mounts. This is the only one that works. I think it will fit just about any truck. It fits on the top of the side truck bed and is very sturdy. I use it for a 4 x 6 foot heavy flag on city streets. It’s easy to install and has plenty of grip by tightening top two screws with big enough grip to tighten by hand. I use it on my 2007 GMC Sierra truck (long bed) others claim to be universal but this one actually is. ( I accidentally posted this review on the wrong product and have made several request to remove), this is the one that works, no others come close)

Works Great But Tools Recommended
This flag holder definitely is built with quality but the pole holder was only tack welded to the base in 3 spots on both sides. I would be more comfortable if it was a full flush weld on both sides but so far it’s holding up strong. My truck has rail covers for the bed which is why I did not need a foam piece between the stand and truck bed. If you do not have replaceable panels for the truck bed I urge you to go to Home Depot and get at least a thin piece of foam to go between so it does not scratch your bed. Tools are required if you want it to be secured. I used a ratchet and tightened everything as much as I can. I’ve raced on a closed road with a 3x5 flag 5ft pole at 120mph and it held up sturdy. So safe to say I ended up being more comfortable with it at freeway speeds. But I still will keep it on the back roads just in case so I don’t Final Destination someone. It first did wobble side to side with the flag on which scared the heck out of me so I just put the pole all the way down touching my bed liner which holds the pole in line straight. In all though it’s pretty solid so I did end up purchasing 2 of these flag holders and got a 2nd flag. In all I’d say - Quality 4/5 bc tack weld - Installation 5/5 bc it was Quick (3min) Simple and only needed 1 tool - Value for Money 5/5 bc of quality for it only being about $35 - Appearance 5/5 because it sits low, the clamps will always be sitting high but it still looks good - Material 5/5 bc it’s lightweight but still is pretty sturdy which is why it has not bent on me yet - Performance 4/5 bc of the wobble in the beginning but since that it holds up well. Overall 4/5 stars

Easy installation and sturdy
Easy installation and very sturdy. Held on to my flag pole with a 3x5 flag at speeds as high as 60 mph, I didn’t wanna test it any higher

It's ok
I finally got the opportunity to install the mount and I noticed the pipe for the flag is kind of thin compared to another one I already have. The C clamps that holds the flag mount to the truck shift as you're tightening the bolts, so the won't stay straight, doesn't look good.

feels cheap
Clamps feel cheap, and the screws holding the flag pole back out on their own
