Black blips on the screen on the first day of opening
Not happy at all. The laptop itself looks great but when it arrives damaged and screen black bits on the inside of the screen it’s not very professional at all. I’m extremely disappointed I’m now going to have to wait an additional few days to send this back and get a replacement etc etc.

Why does the charger not fit?
When this was delivered I was for some reason suspicious it was a second. The charger does not fit. It is the wrong size. It's an otherwise brilliant laptop that us dying right in front of me..

Perfect for work
The media could not be loaded. I bought it for my daughter. I was looking for good price. This laptop is perfect for work online. Its keyboard is super comfortable. The battery life is superb! 👌 It doesn’t lag and isn’t slow. The volume and speakers are perfect. The screen is super bright. Would recommend!😁

Charger didn't charge.
Didn't really get a chance to use as when battery started to go the charger provided did not charge the laptop had to be sent back.

Brilliant
The media could not be loaded. Fantastic battery, excellent quality sound and screen resolution. Supports SSD for extra storage but for me 128gb is enough with 4gb ram. HDMI connection, type C and USB is really handy. Great laptop and an excellent price. It comes complete with Microsoft and install was quick and simple.
