Oregano oil is known for its antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal properties and has been a staple in my supplement collection for a while now. You get 5ml of certified organic wild oregano oil in an amber glass dropper bottle. The oil is easy to dispense and I like to add 1-5 drops to either some mct oil or almond milk. The taste is very strong and might not be for everyone. Gel capsules might be a great alternative in that case. I'm used to the taste and no longer mind it. For topical application you can also add a few drops to a carrier oil and apply it directly to the area. I found it works wonders for tooth infections as it has anti inflammatory and pain relieving properties. It's a supplement I take as and when needed rather than every day.
