Simple and effective
I got this as an easy way to child lock patio doors on a second story patio. Works really well at locking sliding doors. i know some reviews had issues with it, but this is probably because they aren’t cleaning the glass before applying the adhesive. The adhesive is really strong and I gave rhr door a hard tug to test it out. It holds up. Doesn’t look super great, but it’s strong, fits well and it requires no tools.

Very easy to install and very secure. I use two per sliding patio door to make it almost impossible to pry the doors open.

The lock on my kitchen sliding door broke and after researching how to replace it I realized it was too much of a hassle..it involved not only the lock, but the door handle as well...I originally bought one of those sticks to place in the bottom, but decided against it and saw these plastic sets and figured I’d give them a try...they are amazing! Took me less than a minute to put 2 of them on and then I waited overnight to actually flip them up...they are perfect and really, really strong! I can’t believe such an inexpensive and simple piece of plastic works so well....I totally recommend them!

These work perfectly and as described. I love that the adhesive is sticky enough to keep everything where it should be, so that there’s no need to drill holes into anything.

Does the job unobtrusively
Put one on my sliding closet doors in the motorhome and it keeps them from sliding while going down the road. Simple flip up/down. Works so well, I plan to remove the one existing clasp that didn’t break that I scratch my arm on frequently. This is much better!!

Broken within a couple hours
1. The glue is solid and had promise. 2. The plastic broke immediately 🙄 Waste of money.
