Well, I mean you could, but unless you are having a backwards race, or will then push them forwards, you will probably lose due to wasting time. They do not have the pull back propulsion system some cars have, they are just normal cars.

Are these the right size for the track that is part of the Mack truck?

These are tiny like the size of a quarter isent them back. You want the regular size for the ones to go with mac.

Are these and the micro cars the same size/dimensions?

Yes they’re the micro sized cars. We have a little wooden advent calendar and I could fit two of these cars in each little drawer.
