ACTIVATOR Moda for Balance, Stability, Rehab and Nordic Walking

I use these poles for my balance after having 3 strokes. They work great, I haven't used them outside yet, I need permission from my Physio therapist first, I don't want to hurt myself, safety is paramount. I like that they are adjustable, at least once I figured out how to adjust them that is. I have them on 4 and I'm just over 5 feet tall. The poles came with some black items I'm assuming go on the bottom of the poles for the outdoor walking I want to be doing but I haven't a clue how to attach them on so I'll wait for physio I am hoping she may know or go back to the hospital where they trained me using these (theirs) Thank you Amazon for your amazing service.

I bought these sticks for my mom to feel more comfortable on her outdoor walks. After several orthopedic surgeries (and a scary fall last year), she’s understandably cautious. She’s loving the new poles! She said they feel very stabilizing, they’re sturdy but not heavy, and they give her more confidence with balance. Plus they’ve got a snazzy fun pop of color. Functional and well made!

They certainly aid in walking. In my 70’s with scoliosis and leg differential. These allow me to walk standing straight up for a much longer distance! Very pleased

These poles are excellent for me since I have developed a balance issue due to weakened muscles in my legs. I practice walking at home with them, it's too icy and slippery for me this winter to walk outside. I feel much more secure walking around with these poles as compared to my previous regular ones. These do not telescope on me unexpectedly, and I like the way my hands rest on the supports, it makes me feel much more stable.

I have super bad bursitis/tendonosis in both hips. The poles help me maintain a good upright posture when walking. I love how colourful these ones are. It’s a little tricky for me to get the opposite leg to pole forward rhythm going, but I’m working on it.
