I purchased some new 32" Samsung monitors. Actually, I bought two and liked them so much, I bought two more. However, I purchased a new PC - as my old one was a i7 gen7 and was really old - it still worked but I'd been pushing it now for years. The new PC has a video card with 4x MINI displayports. However, with the cables I had, the resolution wouldn't sink up right. I have an assortment of cables, but in all honesty, I really didn't have an assortment of mini displayport cables. I tried using adapters and everything... no good. Then, I bought this cable. It worked perfectly! The very 1st time! Since it works great and worked the very 1st time plugging it in, it deserves a 5-star.

Used to replace an older HDMI cable and to capitalize on the DisplayPort connection. 'Works great. Happy, happy.

I needed a mini-DP-to-DP cable to connect my Intel NUC mini-PC to a second monitor. This cable was not only reasonably priced, but it was also future proof since my DisplayPorts were both only 1.4 with max resolution of 4K@60Hz and this cable is rated for DP 2.1, 4K@240Hz. Hopefully I'm still alive when I get my hands on a 16K DisplayPort 2.1 monitor that this cable is also compatible with! LOL So yeah, this cable was a really excellent value for something that will be compatible with updated devices for years to come.

I've had this cable for 4 months, it became glitch after a few weeks. It would drop the monitor connection a few times per week, but unplugging it and reconnecting it solved the problem....until today. The cable died. I tried another cable (shorter than the length I need) and it works perfectly, so its not an issue with my brand new laptop or brand new monitor. Don't purchase this. They got $28 from me for this broken cable.

Mir dient das Kabel als Ersatz für meinen HDMI- Monitor- Anschluss, den ich irgendwie ruiniert habe. Hochwertige Verarbeitung. Mein 144 Hz- QHD- Monitor nutzt sicherlich die maximale Bandbreite nicht aus, so dass ich mich dazu nicht äussern kann. 😅 Ich betrachte den Kauf eher als Zukunftsinvestition denn als schiere Notwendigkeit aktueller Hardware, was bei dem Preis auch nicht weiter schwerfällt.

Seems to work fine. I previously had problems trying to using a mini dp to hdmi adapter with an hdmi to hdmi cable. I replaced it with this. Initially I experience some hiccups but somehow they went away with time.
