A powerful flosser much better than traditional string floss
I've been using this cordless water flosser for a while now and it has genuinely improved my daily oral care routine. From the moment you start using it you can tell it's built with thoughtful features that make flossing easier and more effective than traditional string floss. One of the things I really like is how easy it is to use. The water reservoir is generous and holds enough for a full clean without having to refill mid-way, and you can fill it either by twisting off the tank or by using the side fill door which saves fuss. The cordless design and included travel pouch mean it feels a lot more approachable for daily use and for trips away. It offers two modes and three intensity levels, so you can tailor the water flow to your comfort and need. Clean mode gives a steady stream for everyday use, while the Deep Clean pulses to help dislodge more stubborn debris. The tip rotates 360 degrees so it's easier to reach those tricky spots at the back of your mouth. You really feel the difference compared to just brushing or string floss. The unique Quad Stream tip sends water jets in multiple directions which covers more surface area between teeth and along the gum line and that really adds up in terms of effectiveness. The battery life is solid too. A single charge lasts for around two weeks of regular use which is handy if packing it for a short trip. Charging via USB makes it simple to top up from a laptop or power bank. There are a few minor downsides. It isn't the quietest device and can be a bit bulky compared to simpler handheld models, and replacement tips are pricier than some rivals. But in terms of performance and ease of use I've found it worth it. I think this is a quality cordless water flosser that actually encourages you to floss more often and feels easy to use every day. I am happy with my purchase.

Much better than string floss, though the design has a few quirks.
This is a massive upgrade from string floss for my gum health. It cleans effectively and holds enough water for a full session, though the physical design has a minor hygiene trap you need to watch out for. Pros: Effective Quad Stream tip: I’ve stuck with the included "Quad Stream" nozzle and found it does an excellent job pushing water between tight teeth. It feels much less harmful to my gums than traditional floss. One tank is enough: The 250ml reservoir holds a decent amount of water. In practice, I find I can get a full clean done on a single fill without needing to stop and top it up. Convenient USB-C charging: A major practical plus is the USB-C port. Instead of being tethered to a shaver socket in the bathroom, I can just use the phone cables I already have on my bedside table. Cons: Hygiene trap in the seam: There is a thin seam where the top of the unit (the nozzle attachment point) meets the main body. Water tends to sit in this gap, and I’ve noticed it turning mouldy/dirty over time if not scrubbed out. Button placement: Depending on how you hold the unit, your thumb might naturally hover over the controls. I sometimes accidentally knock the power button mid-floss, which restarts the program. I bought this primarily because I wanted a more convenient alternative to string floss that wouldn't irritate my gums. In terms of performance, it has been excellent. The device is generally easy to hold and manoeuvre around the mouth, and the pressure is strong enough to clear debris from tight gaps without causing bleeding. However, living with it for a while revealed a couple of design oversights. While the handle is comfortable, the button placement means I occasionally reset the device while trying to reach back teeth. More annoyingly, the build-up of grime in the top seam is a bit of a pain; you have to keep an eye on it to stop it from getting gross. If you find string flossing a chore or too harsh on your gums, this is a fantastic alternative that fits easily into a modern routine (especially thanks to USB-C charging). Just be prepared to give the top seam a scrub now and then to keep it clean.

Great flosser, but the top part has started to change appearance
I have been the Flosser 3000 for about 4–5 months, and it has become a regular part of my daily oral care routine. Overall, I have been pleased with its performance and ease of use. What I liked: * Delivers consistent water stream that helps clean. * The Quad Stream nozzle makes it quick to cover more areas compared with traditional flossing. * Comfortable cordless design that’s easy to hold and convenient for everyday use. * Good battery life, with only occasional charging needed. * The water reservoir is straightforward to remove, refill and clean. Drawback: After around 4–5 months of regular use, I noticed that the white seal around the nozzle opening on the top of the unit has become more visible (shown in my photo). I wasn’t expecting this part to change appearance after a few months of use.

Effective, hygienic and built for reliability
Best water tooth flosser I've had. I've had 2 different water flossers (popular Chinese brands). The first one was fine, though the water holder wasn't removal and mould started to build up and wasn't the easiest to clean. It stopped working after a year. The second one had a huge removable water chamber. However, the water chamber only had a small waybin making it tricky to clean. It started to cause me to cough and turns out mould had built up in the inside tube. So, I looked for the best based on effectiveness, ease of cleaning and reliability. This came out as one of the best based on third party reviews. It's great. The flossing is very effective, and a broader water spray which makes it better for use on gums as well as between teeth. It's also well designed for cleaning with a filter on the tube to help prevent internal mould. Well happy with this!

It’s a good product
Very easy to open, good value for money, battery lasts as described, comfortable to handle. A bit too big for travel but as it charges you can definitely take it with you if you have luggage space. Easy to use and the settings are basics but efficient. And it briefly stops after 15 seconds so it guides you on when to chance position. You can find cheaper options out there where the materials might feel cheaper but they do exactly the same job

Really pleased.
Really pleased with this. I have a bit of a gap between my wisdom tooth and the one in front. Constantly get food stuck between and have been flossing after every meal. Can sometimes compact and become uncomfortable using traditional tooth floss. Thought I would give this a try after reading reviews and really pleased with its performance. Simply add warm water and that’s it. Cleans really well - use it in conjunction with traditional floss after and then brushing but also use it on its own after every meal just to cut down on plaque.

Great battery life
I've always bought another well known brand but every year, it would pack up just before the one year warranty ran out. Got fed up of having to have them replaced. This flosser is much better. Takes only a few hours to fully charge, lasts around 3-4 weeks of daily use and I've never had an issue with it in the last few years since I purchased it. Has a couple of strength options and a deep clean option. The bottom tank is also removable for easy cleaning.

Not a USB C as clearly stated above
This is not USB C as advertised. It’s a figure of eight charger. Yet another cable to loose. I haven’t even been able to use it yet as I’m travelling and can’t charge it. I’ll have to fill the suitcase with wires the next time. I only buy USB C now for that reason as USB C is now the EU standard for the foreseeable future. Now I’m stuck with having to remember where I put a black wire. More clutter. I notice from reviews a year ago mentioning the same problem. This would indicate that the problem has simply been ignored. I like Philips stuff but now I have 3 different Philips devices with three different chargers. That can’t be a good thing for the environment either. It’s not a minor detail; it’s very annoying. My brand new machine is already obsolete. I wouldn’t have bought it had I known.

Wrong Charging Port
I ordered a USB-C charging model but arrived with USB-A charging. Other than that, it is a great product.

NOT USB-C Charged
Advertised as being charged via USB-C cable, but the model I got had a figure-8 charging port, which means if you lose the lead, the product is useless.

Not suitable for Irish wall sockets.
Comes with a plug (2 pin) not suitable for Ireland. Purchasing on Amazon.ie you would expect the correct plug to be included. Very disappointing.

Two pin plug
The charging cable comes with… a two pin Euro plug. Is it too much to expect a product bought on the Amazon IE site to come with a three pin plug?
