This book helped me a lot during nursing school. It condensed the information and only highlighted the most important facts that you need to know. It was helpful in being a complementary resource for my notes and the YouTube videos I watched.

Charged Wrong but Good Book
My honest review is that this is a very nice book! However, I got charged for a new book (I purchased a new paperback) and there are pen marks on the assignment parts and some random spots in the book with circled answers, defeating the purpose of checking answers after. I wish I could be recharged with the “used book” option since that is what I ending up getting instead. This doesn’t mean I need to review bomb, it is very nice quality and with my time crunch I will be using it.

Used to help study, passed!
I bought to help study for my NCLEX-PN for going to work in the US. I read the book cover to cover, used to help me with figuring out where I needed to spend more time studying. I utilized the online testing as well, I found that to be extremely helpful, especially with trying to learn how some of the questions are graded. I would recommend this to anyone going to write their NCLEX-PN exam for the US. I want to be clear, I am passed the CPNRE in Canada 5 years ago, this book is not for Canadians, it is very much geared towards to the US teaching. I can be useful if you are Canadian, but is geared towards the US.

i have received the book and got down to business. very great information, and yes THERE IS AN ACCESS CODE..it is on the first page of the book; all you need to do is scratch off the sliver square.

I passed my rex pn
I liked this books very much . I was able to pass my rex pn by using the questions. And the question were similar on the exam. Which was super helpful.
