I was looking for a vegan vitamin for hair growth and came across these. Have used them for a few days so no growth but hair is feeling lovely and soft and they taste yummy!

Really nice taste, not off putting like others I’ve tried. Says to take two a day but no more than two. I’ve taken one this morning and will do another in the evening. Packing not wasted, filled to the top.

OK, sure they do taste like a wee treat in the am but are they doing anything at all? I'm seriously doubing it. That said, they do taste good - think I mentioned that already... After this second bottle is gone, I won't be repurchasing. I don't see any additional hair growth or improvement in performance of a hair flip or thickness in my hair's appearance whatsoever. But did I mention the appearance and taste? Oh yeah, they are quite good. Perhaps a wee bottle of haribo is more economical. 🤔

I’ve given these gummies a fortnight’s trial so I can give a fair review.Biotin with Zinc and Vitamins A&C are a favourite supplement combination for me, so I’m pleased to try these gummies.Research suggests that taking the appropriate Biotin+ vitamin/mineral combination will improve and support the function/condition of skin, hair, nails and blood vessels ~ especially for those on a vegan diet, (and I boost with natural foods such as avocado, greens and almonds).Now past 60, all I can say from personal experience of years of taking biotin focused supplements, is that I know when I’ve stopped taking them for too long, as my skin and nails do start to suffer, and I always have said my facial skin is less sensitive/reactive, and is brighter when taking Biotin/Zinc/Vit A & C combinations, and my nails do not split in the cold weather as they used to.These gummies have fulfilled all my expectations of a formula that works as I would expect it to.I always rotate my supplements, taking each for a period of time and then giving a break of a couple of weeks, just to ensure I know I'm not continuously using certain vitamins.I am also careful which vitamins I take in what combination ~ some vitamins have side effects, and for some, if you're on medication or have ongoing health issues you should consult your doctor before taking certain supplements.Over the fortnight’s trial I have had no adverse reaction to these gummies; they work faultlessly for me, I really like the quality; oh, and they taste much nicer than taking capsules. 5*

This product was sent to me to review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.Firstly, the bottle is of good quality - it has a really strong seal, which is important for keeping the vitamins fresh.What you get is a full pack of cute gummy bears, which are very easy to chew and swallow, thanks to their small size. I have had no issues with taking two every day. I would say, though, that I’m not fully keen on the taste - the outer coating seems a bit ‘oily’, but it does get better after chewing. I was actually surprised by the raspberry elements - it genuinely tasted fruity (I feel that a lot of raspberry flavourings can taste synthetic/like chemicals).The amount of vitamin content is really good, and at the very least, I have noticed a change in my hair (it doesn’t seem to be shedding as much). I haven’t really picked up on anything else, though the changes could be subtle, and everyone’s experience will be different.Overall, a good value pack.

Arrived quickly. Minimal packaging. Easy to take/eat. Great flavour, nice and sweet, no chemical taste. I believe this product to work and the added benefit of something that works is knowing it is no packed with any nasties, as this product is filled with high quality ingredients, vegan, no gluten or gelatine, no preservatives or sweeteners, no GMO too, all adds to giving you the comfort it is a premium product that is going to do the job without all the artificial synthetic materials the body struggles to process and filter. Plus adding toward pollution reduction; for every purchase, one plastic bottle is removed from the sea and carbon offset.

I love a vendor who cares enough to provide a full energy/ carbohydrate break-down in their ingredients list for health supplements. Gummies are always sweetened and too often vendors don’t bother to provide the details. So, kudos to this vendor for a great, detailed, easy-to read ingredients list. thank you!These are a great mix of hair & nail vitamins/ minerals. Flavour wise they’re a mid-level raspberry, not sickly sweet, which means you don’t feel like you’ve just had a bunch of ridiculously sweet candy instead of a health-supplement. The first comment I will make about these is that look cool and are delicious, a lovely raspberry flavour so it’s pretty tricky to resist bingeing on these. That aside, I’ve always been a little cynical about these sorts of things and do wonder how many of these are mere placebos. But, having been taking these for a few weeks it’s been noticeable to my partner and I that my previously grey/white hair has become without doubt darker. I can’t attribute this to these gummies, but darker hair is also stronger (and less flyaway) hair. I’m assuming that they have at least helped so I will keep taking these…..
