QUADRILLE Giuseppe's Easy Bakes: Sweet Italian Treats

This is the second book I've purchased. My daughter and I enjoy watching the British Baking show and liked Giuseppe so much on there. I have his other book, but it's a little advanced for us so gave this one a try. She now lives too far away for us to bake together, so I'll be giving her this book when we visit.

I've tried a couple of recipes from this book, they were delicious but sadly my efforts couldn't match the beautiful work of Giuseppe! I love the format used for the recipes and also the layout of the book.

Lovely book, not tried anything from it yet, planning to soon. Nice addition to my collection.

I love this book, and I'm working my way through it. I've tried the rice flour cookies. They're different from anything I've ever tasted; I took Giuseppe's suggestion and ate a couple for breakfast with coffee, and now I don't know how I ever did without these. The lemon crinkle cookies could have a tad more lemon (I like a LOT of lemon), but other than that, they're very nice. I plan to make more of these recipes as time allows. I like the little stories at the start of each recipe; they make the book feel like it's a friend's collection of recipes that they really want you to try. I was a big fan of Giuseppe's when he was on the British Baking Show, and now I'm an even bigger fan.

I absolutely love this book and it’s easy to follow to create delightful bakes whether you have experience or not. I have tried a couple of the recipes like marzipan tarts and plum cakes and was chuffed with results. It’s also type of book that you will want to keep going back to try something else
