Works great to set a schedule for my aqurarium lights
Works great to set a schedule for my aqurarium lights. The interface in SmartLife is a bit different than other smartplugs. I think it's better with on/off on the same screen. I have it connected with an Amazon Echo Dot and it's nice to be able to turn the lights on and off by voice rather than going into a phone app.

An ok plug....but just ok.
I tried several kinds, just to test them, and see which items were best. I found this one to be alright. Some of these (I purchased 6) worked ok, while others did not even work at all. The setup was attempted up to 5 times on some, while others functioned well. 2 failed 3 days later, despite attempts to re-connect with Alexa and the hub.

I bought these for my mom who received an echo dot. They work great. She can control the lighting in her master bedroom from the living are. Highly recomment!

Crap product. Won’t connect
Crap product. Won’t connect. Horrible instructions and no troubleshooting help from company.According to the instructions, if your WiFi name has a number in it, this product won’t connect. Are you F***ing kidding me?I don’t have time or patience to deal with this crap.There’s plenty of better products out there. Don’t waste your time with this

Fantastic plugs that are very easy to use
These plugs are remarkable. Very inexpensive and they work flawlessly. The IOS app works great. We couldn't be more pleased. Strongly recommend.

Albor Wifi Smart Plugs - very nice smart plugs!
The media could not be loaded. The Aibor Wifi Smart Plus is a very nice smart plug . The configuration and setup was very easy. The instructions written a bit differently but they are easy to follow and they work the first time, at least for me. First, you must download the Smart Life app to your smart phone. Which is easy to do by scanning the QR Code provided in the instructions. A separate QR Code is provided for iOS and Android. It was easy to download and install the app on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. After installing the app, you just open it and plug the smart socket into an electric outlet. Make sure the blue LED on the socket is blinking. In the app on your phone, click the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the app to add a device. I followed the instructions for the "Easy mode". The set up went perfectly following the instructions. I can now control the lamp with my cell phone. Very cool! I followed the instructions for setting up the device to work with Amazon Alexa (the instructions refer to Amazon Echo. I do not have an Echo but still was able to set up to control the plugs using Alexa "Alexa, turn on light 1"). Now I can control my lamp using my Alexa-enabled devices. It works! Very cool! I also setup some schedules on my device to have the lamp turn on and off to meet my schedule. One thing I would complain about in the app is setting times/schedules. The spinners to set the hour and minute reset randomly while you are trying to set a time. It is very annoying and makes it very time consuming to set up a schedule. I didn't really try the "Random" or "Circulate' options in the Smart Life app. I ddin't really see any use of them for me personally. I am sure that they would work as advertised from my experience with the app. Overall, the Albor Wifi Smart Plug is a very nice device. I can control electronic items in my house from anywhere in the world!
