Missing piece
The product was missing one piece which is the small plastic holder on one of the sides of the holder where the phone would do. It is available on one side but not the other, which makes it harder to open the holder to fit the device in. If I could be sent that small piece, it would be really helpful.

I kind of love this tripod, its bending arms are so good and can be adjustable to any level with its head 360degress rotation can help shoot the top of the items, set it any angle and good to go. Since it can’t fold and kept so place it at any corner of the room, won’t occupy space
