Heirloom Traditions Deglosser Surface Prep Wipes, heavy duty Degreaser, 40CT

I purchased the Heirloom Prep Wipes to prepare my bathroom cabinets before applying Heirloom paint, and I was highly impressed by their efficiency and effectiveness compared to other prep products. The process was significantly streamlined, and I found the coverage of a single wipe to be exceptional.

If you’re using Heirloom Traditions paint, this is a must-have. I much prefer the wipes to the degreaser that you have to brush on and then wipe off. These are quicker and easier to use, especially on cabinets with fine details where getting into all those little grooves can become its own project. Just grab a wipe and go—anything that eliminates a step from cabinet prep gets my vote. I definitely recommend having these on hand before starting a Heirloom Traditions paint project.

Nice that the deglosser comes in wipes now. Super convenient and easy to use.

This is definitely not a must buy kind of product. Sure it was easier to just grab a wipe, but I had just as much luck with a spray bottle and rag. It’s definitely not worth the extra money. I didn’t see where this took off any more gloss or stains than something like crud cutter. I ended up going back and doing a light scuff sanding anyways because the paint just didn’t stick well without doing that. I didn’t notice any strong odor or anything. I did find it interesting that it has such extensive warnings about making sure you wear gloves but in all the product videos nobody had gloves on. If you get it with a kit or you have the extra money, sure why not but don’t go out of your way to get this.

I use this in a couple projects and it really works ! I recommend it when you use with All In One Paint .

Very good removed all grease but over priced in my opinion

I was surprised how well this worked , each wipe took loads of stuff off and out of the faces of the doors even though I already cleaned them really well before using them .. apparently I didn’t clean them as well as I thought cause these wipes are amazing a definite game changer . I didn’t try the gel stain as of yet we went on vacation .. but once I’m home I’ll be attempting the heirloom gel stain toasted oak on my cupboards after I use these once again .. hopefully they turn out ok .

It does exactly what it says the cabinets were super clean after each use u dont need alot just one sheet will do and do 2 cabinets at a time
