The back came torn from the part where the zipper is

The product itself is good... such product will not be suitable for lumbar support office chairs
This feedback is true for any back-cushion, not just for this product. This is not suitable if you have office chair with Lumbar support already. Those chairs already have curved back support and this back-cushion will occupy a few inches of that chair seating space. Not comfortable to sit with cushion support on the back-curved mesh chairs.

It doesn't provide the level of comfort or support I was expecting for long sitting sessions. There are better alternatives available at this price point. Overall, not worth the money.
