This was my first experience with a bidet-toilet, and I have to say, I'm completely blown away. Installing the Canest Smart Bidet Toilet was easier than I expected, even though it's a bit heavy. Having everything included made the process smooth, and once it was up and running, I was amazed at how much it elevated my daily routine. The heated seat, with adjustable temperatures, is an absolute game changer, especially in the colder months. The front and rear wash mode, and the spa-like massage mode is a surprisingly luxurious touch. I also love the automatic flush and the foot sensor flush, which make it feel truly 'smart'. It's stylish, fits perfectly in my bathroom, and is super efficient all around. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. This is my first bidet. I've been reading the reviews and I'd like to say, this toilet is perfect. My plumber installed it very quickly, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The bidet's features are truly impressive, including a heated seat, auto flush, warm drying air, and a remote control. I've noticed a significant reduction in my toilet paper expenses since using the bidet and dryer, which provides the perfect warmth for optimal comfort and drying ability. Overall, it has transformed my bathroom routine with its functional features.

I really wanted to like this toilet. On paper it sounds so nice. Heated seats, bidet…what’s not to like? Well let me tell you. We ordered our first toliet in November 2024 and then paid a plumber to professionally install it which cost several hundred dollars. Within two months the toliet was leaking. At first we thought it was the seal, the toilet was so expensive, there’s no way it could be broken. We had another plumber come out and paid several hundred dollars more to find out that the seal was fine, the pump was faulty and was causing water to spray out. I contacted Amazon and accepted a replacement unit which arrived in Jan of 2025. Again, we paid a professional plumber hundreds of dollars to install this model. Fast forward to Feb 2025 and the exact same issue has occurred with the second model, another faulty pump. All in all I have spent nearly 1000.00 on plumbing issues caused by not 1 but 2 faulty toilets with this company. They clearly have a pattern of poor construction. Avoid at all costs, use any other brand you can find.

We received Canest TC-100GE toilet next day after ordering thru Amazon. We got toilet installed professionally. Toilet works fine as described. I really like all features that this toilet has to offer.

I was a bit skeptical about this magnificent throne! Fear not young squire as this throne is meant for anyone! When looking at modern toilet designs and bidets the prices for some of the other more expensive lines are 4X the price. I was really worried that I was buying an "TEMU toilet". Only 20 days in but it also has been extremely cold in the mornings. Not sure how I ever lived without a bun warmer until now. My wife told me yesterday she was cold and just went and sat of the toilet and walla! So far so good. Only thing I will mark as a negative is the plumbing attachment that comes with it is not designed for pex plumbing. It was tough finding the proper fitting. In addition we actually had to move the pex line because of how big the base of the toilet is and how close it is to the wall. other than that two thumbs up! If this thing craps out on me I will come back and update my post!

Everything about the toilet is great. Easy install, great features, operation. Its a bit loud, but we've gotten used to it. It's not a deal breaker. Backstory: It arrived smashed to pieces. Easy process to have a new one shipped quickly to my home. After I installed it, it was randomly flushing and making noises. I emailed customer service at midnight. Got a response from a real person immediately. They asked me to show receipt, barcode on toilet and a short film of its malfunction. ..all easy. Emailed that info back to customer service at 2am. By 6am I got an email saying that a new seat is already in its way too my home. You can't beat that for customer service!
