Repurchasing several times
This is a great product for those of us with insulin resistance. They have a patented ingredient, are so tiny & easy to swallow, no taste, and very effective for lowering glucose. I love this brand especially bc they are 3rd party tested. Great value for money. You can start off on the 100 mg and move up to 200mg as that is the actual studied dose. I've repurchased these a couple of times now.

May interfere with your heart medications.
Probably a good product but do your research before taking this with heart medications!!! Ask me how I know 🥴

Excellent!
This is one of the most effective supplements I have tried. I have been extensively researching various health products over the years. I can only take it once a day myself and must be very careful! However, the results are excellent! My appetite has significantly decreased, so I can reduce my calorie intake and my weight is also dropping! This is a great product.

Small capsules. Didn’t have any negative side effects. Didn’t really notice any difference.Bottle says once a day after each meal. 🤷🏼♂️So, is it once a day or two or three times a day?
