Great dup for a more expensive brand!
I found Makeup Fixer when I was looking to repurchase my usual go to (Inglot Duraline) and figured for $9 I might as well give it a try. I am HAPPY to report that Makeup Fixer worked just as great!!! The consistency is a little thinner, but I mix it with my primer anyway so it works out. I only use this as an addition to my primer to get my makeup to hold and it has done the job! Highly recommend as a dup for Inglot Duraline! My only issue is the dropper is a bit wobbly. I just swapped it out with my other dropper, the bottles are identical.

Saved my ColourPop Super Shock cream shadows!
This was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I had quite a few ColourPop Super Shock cream shadows and over time some of them dried up. I couldn’t bring myself to get rid of them and that began my search for something that would rehydrate the shadows. Trust me, I googled every single option I could think of and then I remembered this. It worked!!! Now I can use my shadows as if they were bought brand new. Thank you!!!

Awesome stuff!
So far, so good...there's a bit of a learning curve to this stuff, but once u get it to work, dry down without disrupting your makeup, it works well. It worked best on my watery eyes when using Stila felt tip eyeliner...which is a great eyeliner already. When I tried it with the cheapest of gel mechanical liners, I can't say this held it in place at all. If they smudge on your eyes immediately, then they're still gonna smudge even after using thus duraline. Iykyk. I want to try aquaseal next, in hopes that it's the holy grail of anti smudging makeup, but for now I can work with this.

I Threw Out So Much Makeup This Would've Saved!
I wish I'd known the power of this stuff years ago. in just the two days I've had it, I've brought eyebrow pomade and gel eyeliner that I would've thrown out back from the dead instead. $10 investment and I've already saved $50. You do the math! Plus, I only used a couple drops- this will last me a long time! Save your favorite makeup from the trash and get this already. Plastic dropper top is the only thing I'd change- it's a tad cumbersome- they could have just used a rubber bulb.

Does what it says but difficult
This product is tricky to get used to but once you do it does what it says. It is definitely very waterproof which is great! But you need to know a few things:Do NOT put it directly onto any makeup product, it forms a hard layer that makes it usable. If you did that to say a shadow, simply take a clean mascara wand and slightly rough up the surface to expose a fresh layer. I have found if you put a small drop onto a palette etc then dip your brush in it it works best, some put a drop directly on their brush. It does forms an odd film on a hard surface, almost sticky, same with a brush. I used a cheap Wet n Wild liner brush luckily & tried using alcohol to clean it which didn't work so I tried washing it with a little Castile soap but the texture of the brush is still a bit different after using this stuff. Maybe a different soap would help. Any way, this DOES work and lastS all day however it is tricky to work with and you need to be careful testing it so you don't ruin a shadow or brush. To remove it from your face you'll need an oil-based remover.
