Superfish 60060/1830 Superfish Pond Skim 3000 (pond skimmer up to 40 m2)

This is an excellent scimmer. I keep it fixed in one position and it thoroughly keeps the pond surface clean. Very powerful and cost efficient

I was sceptical, but works well. I would add thoughthat the Skimmer needs to be cleaned very regularly, my husband's new job every hour. We are getting on top of the floating algae though, so we're thinking this will decrease. Does zoom around pond, but can tether, so not really an issue.

This skimmer does have potential to be good but the internal pump seems to generate a vortex and the skimmer seems to dart around the edge of the pond uncontrollably as a result of this. this then leads to the cable getting twisted and eventually turns the skimmer on its side and will require manual submersion to let air bubbles out for it to begin working again.

This skimmer is impossible to use, it is rubbish, it travels around the pond at a fast rate with no way of controlling it I tried to anchor it in one position but it just twisted the cable until it broke free. Do not purchase. I am now looking into how I can return it for a refund so as to try another make.

Very disappointing,. Constantly circles in the pond, unfortunately it circles in the same direction, which results in a twisted and tangled power cable, consequently the skimmer lifts out of the surface and sucks air!
