Perfect softness and a great price.
I purchased these pillows for my son and daughter in law for in their guest bedroom. The pillows they had were too hard and bothered my neck. The new pillows are the perfect softness and give my neck enough support. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely buy them again.

Great pillow
Soft and malleable but firm! Perfect body pillows!

Uniquely packaged.
I followed instructions. Opened the vacuumed packed pillows. Put them in the dryer for 15 min. Continued fluffing for two days. One pillow is shaped differently. This is noticeable as they are used in shams.

Good loft and comfortable, but it took a few minutes to 'fluff' up after we released it from its bag and box. :)

Too flat
Pillow goes flat and doesn’t support my neck, I was really hopeful that this pillow would work for me but it doesn’t compare to the hotel pillows we got.

Mostly feathers, not down
Update: I had an issue with my order and seller went above and beyond to rectify. A+ customer service.I purchased these too hastily and didn't notice that there is only a teaspoon of down in these. It's a feather pillow, which is fine, but not what I wanted or thought I was buying.
