I miss seeing the ocean spray commercials on TV where the guys stood in water up to their knees with cranberries floating on top. Cranberries have a tangy taste that could eventually help people form friendlier habits, like going for fruits and veggies instead of just meat and junk food for snacks. This journey started for me a few weeks ago when i saw Moby's animal sanctuary on TV and decided to make a conscious decision to buy one plant based product in place of the gummies I usually buy. I can tell you: it may be impossible to make a guy like him proud but following in his footsteps, even just a little, gives hope and mercy to animal lovers. Cranberries are a guilt free snack, but i have to eat them frozen dor the chewy sensation.

I like cranberries a lot. This is a good value. You get 48 ounces for a reasonable price. I would prefer if they are not sweetened but a lot of people prefer them sweetened. Therefore I pre-soak them in lemon juice and then add them to my yogurt. Sometimes in these packages the cranberries arrive with the "sugar coating crystalized" which is not appealing but on this particular product the dried cranberries were still moist. If you like adding dried cranberries into salads, yogurt, rice etc. this is the ideal product for you.

Great snack item. Good flavor but tend to be a little sticky on the fingers.

Always good! They add the right amount of sweetness to oat meal. I was buying the single serving packets of Quaker Oats oatmeal with cranberries. Then one day I looked at the price I was paying for these tiny packets of oatmeal and it was ridiculous. Seriously, per pound it’s got to be more expensive than tenderloin. So I started buying the Amazon brand plain oatmeal which is so cheap it’s practically free and bags of these cranberries for a bit of texture and sweetness and it tastes better and is a much cheaper option than buying Quaker Oats oatmeal brand single serving packets. I do also add a little maple syrup for additional sweetness. Add a handful of cranberries and some water to your bowl of oat meal and microwave it for about 2.5 minutes and you have a bowl of comfort food any time of the day or night. Also the cranberries puff up and rehydrate nicely.
