Just as pictured, cute starter set. The heart tunnels are acrylic and double flared. The only silicone pieces are the o rings. Shipping time was amazing. 1 day!

This set is nice, and I would have given 5 stars IF it would have specified that the kit didn't incluse the 12mm stretchers and only the silicone plugs!! The fact it said it went up to 12mm was what determined that I pick this set. My 15yo wants to start stretching his ears and I wanted to size up from a 0g to a 12mm or7/16 , possibly up to a1/2 in. So perfect, he can use the smaller sizes and I can use the 2 bigger than what I am. This set represets like it has the stretchers for 12mm and it does not, what sense does it make to send just tunnels in 12mm when the highest size stretchers included are 10mm or 00's ! Thats goofy, and really pointless since you cant possibly use them, unless you buy seperate 12mm stretchers! So, anyone looking to streatch to 12mm, look for a different set, if you are good stopping at 00...this is great, you can use the 12mm silicone plugs for deco I guess.

Very easy to use and i love the heart shaped plugs :)

everything is pretty good quality, but dont leave the smaller hearts in for too long, since the middle part of the heart is smaller than the outsides, your ear forms around the middle and makes it hard to take out, i left mine in for about 9 months, got some new types of gauges, and i ripped my ear trying to take it out, i used jojoba oil to try to make it easier but it didnt. If you get these and are planning to leave it to smaller sizes, make sure you’re regularly taking it out and letting your ear take a break i guess. mostly user error but it still hurt like a bitch.

Great value pack for stretching bigger. Basic black look, small package, had no irritation if you know how to stretch your ears. Great quality and variety of designs

the item is great so far, everything comes in individual baggies labeled by gauge, but i had to order 3 times before i actually got the product which was annoying. i first ordered this in december and just today received it.
