Case - Handmade with Built in Lock - Luxury Herb Storage Case for The Connoisseur- Full KIT

The box itself is very nice looking but my lock also broke within 3 weeks of having it delivered. Not a huge deal, but for this amount of money, one would hope a higher quality lock mechanism was used.

I did not see the Apothecarry case myself as it was a gift however based on the thanks I received my gift was a big hit so I am very happy I chose this item

The lock arrive broken and damaged

The box is nice , doesn’t look cheap at all , HOWEVER the lock is horrible simply garbage. Since I first got it I felt the lock was sort of grinding {Best discription that came to mind} for a lack of better words. I thought maybe cause it was new. Needles to say the lock broke ,just locked up and would not open {picture that when i have an hour before my kids get back home, and can’t get my box open} finally after wedging a knife I was able to open it. Afterward the lock … … … well locked up on me. Key nor combo would work. Ok crap happens ....... noooo when I contact the Apothecarry team they tell me they will not sell me a lock. It is important to note I had the box for approximately 1 year. Basically they could only give me the dimensions to the lock.So if you want a nice stash box with a very crappy lock for a year , this is a nice one. Just don’t expect any support from the company should anything break.

Product arrived with broken Jars. Company said they would send replacements. A month later they never came. Reached out to company again,they insisted it was a mistake and would send them out. Still haven't sent them 2 weeks later. Reached out to company for a refund and the have gone silent. Product is low end, and the company is absolute trash. Stay away!

There are a lot of cases to chose from, but I bought this one over the others because I have young kids and it has a lock. The lock (which is the only reason I bought the case) broke within a month. It would not open with the key or the code. After about 30 minutes of trying both the key and the code in every possible combination the key eventually broke off in the lock. I then gave up and used pliers to open the lock. I reached out to Apothecarry who said I voided the warranty and they couldn't be of assistance. If the lock is an important feature for you buy a different case.11/2 Update - After my review Apothecarry changed their minds on their July email and offered to replace the case.11/29 - They did not follow through on the replacement :(

I love my case! I just received it as a birthday gift and it is everything I had hoped for and more! Being able to write the strain on the labels and erase it is so helpful and I love the rolling tray! Great product! I'd highly recommend it!

I received the apothecary case for my husband as a gift but it is missing 4 silicon dab jars and missing the stainless steel dab stick. Plz advise.
