A compact unit that easily starts your car. Car battery went dead and started the car no issues. Had to stop on way to garage and unit started me again with 2 lights still showing as a charge level. Handy to keep in the boot to get you out of those surprise moments when your car surprises you with a flat battery. Why did you choose this product over others?: Compact and has already proven itself. Battery life: Can't fault this item started my car twice and still had some life left. Charging capability: Easy to charge and holds it's charge well. Says to charge every month to keep it topped up but.kust say forget about this and a few.months on it doesn't seem to have dropped any battery life. Car start: Started my car twice without needing to be charged Well worth the money for that reassurance should you need it and stall your car it will get you up and running again. Build quality: Well built solid unit, clear instructions and good quality clips for the battery connections. Compactness: Small but powerful. Compact and can fit in you glove box or boot.

This little gadget has come in handy more times then I would like to admit, was going on holiday and my friend was the designated driver but the day before we set off her car decided to play up all pointed towards needing a new battery but being a group of girls we couldn't be bothered with the faffing about and thought we would just wing it, thankfully we found this on prime and turned up before we had to leave and it just so happened 40 mins into the journey we pulled over at the services and boom it wouldn't start 😅 this little life saver started the car first time and still had plenty of charge left for the other 2 times the car died on our stop offs along the way. The light on it is also a really handy addition for the night so you can connect it to the battery with ease and love that its compact size makes it easily portable. Highly recommend.

Ok, so I think this thing went to Hogwarts. My sons Fiesta spends a good portion of its life on the drive, slowly leaking all its volts away not being driven. So battery starting is a constant problem (as the concept of moving to the car and starting it every so often is an alien concept to this lad). We’ve jumped and bumped this car, borrowed the local garages booster pack (couple of hundred quids worth of kit) with no success and even had the AA out once to be told the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I had a choice of a trickle charger or this - as this can also charge other equipment with a USB cable, this won out and I took a punt on it at a sale price. I’ve no idea if it has elves inside or something - it has successfully started the car twice now (with no additional charges in between), first time each time. It’s beyond simple, clear visual signals to get going and even a light to help see the engine bay when it’s dark. And it’s really small - about the size of two mobile phones stacked on each other. I’m suitably impressed with this thing, no faults at all and it seems well put together with a solid feel. If I had to be really picky, when it’s all connected the green light to show you it’s ok to start isn’t the easiest to see - nothing that would remove a star though. For the money this thing is fab.

When I ordered this, the first thing I did was look at reviews. I was very skeptical at first and thought it was more of a gimmick than anything but it arrived and did exactly what it said it would do! It arrived very well packaged and isn’t the biggest of things but wow, it definitely packs a punch. It’s compact enough to fit in your glove box and is a similar size to a powerbank which this can also double up as although I wouldn’t recommend it personally myself. This was ordered initially for my van when I had an issue with the battery and didn’t expect it to start but this did the job within minutes… popped the bonnet, connected the positive and negative cables and then went to turn the ignition key and it fired up first time. So easy to use and gives you peace of mind whilst also providing great charging options

This product is great. At first I was not sure whether to buy it, due to the length of the leads, as I have a BMW 1 series from 2011, and the battery charging system is different from other car manufacturers, so I was hesitant. Instead, I had bought a standard set of leads from amazon for £17, but they just would not work, when I used my neighbours car to help me jump start my car. He has a set of leads from B&M, which are RAC branded, and cost £10, and they worked a charm when I used them twice. So I sent my leads back to Amazon, and decided to buy this charger. And, to my surprise the leads were long enough to jump start my car. I followed the instructions, and the device worked a charm. The build quality is good, and with its minimalist size and design, it is small, which is also great, as its compact enough to put it anywhere you want in the car. If an improvement can be made, then I would want 2 changes, 1, the charge on the device to last longer. As other customers have pointed out, each jump start reduces the charge Percentage on the charger by 25%, I found that a little discouraging. 2. Increase the length of the leads by a couple of inches please. Despite this, the product is great. I would highly recommend it.

Acheté pour faire démarrer une batterie sur une 308 Diesel (de 2012), ça fonctionne parfaitement. J'avais une crainte pour pouvoir trouver un endroit pour mettre la masse car le câble est très court et sur ce modèle de 308, la masse de la batterie n'est pas accessible (seulement le plus), mais impeccable, j'ai pu trouver vers le capot de quoi mettre la pince noire sur la carrosserie pour faire masse. Et démarrage du premier coup 👍

We absolutely love this jump starter. Every now and then my husbands truck won’t start. This little charger is a small compact size, easy to carry and use, has alot of power and a booster button to give it just a bit more oomph when jump starting the battery. I love that it’s rechargeable and doesn’t need to be plugged into an outlet to use it.

Das Gerät ist einfach genial und macht genau das, was es soll, nämlich Starthilfe bei entladener Batterie geben. Wer hier negativ bewertet, der hat irgendwas falsch gemacht. Die Verpackung ist sehr edel, das Gerät auch, alles hochwertig und optisch ansprechend. Mein Mercedes A180 1,6 Liter startete nach 4 Monaten Standzeit und Überwinterung nicht mehr. Die Batterie hatte nur noch ca. 10,5 V statt 12 V. Also bestellte ich mir dieses Gerät hier. Es wurde sogar mit 100 % Akkufüllstand geliefert. Ich habe es gemäß Anleitung direkt an die beiden Batteriepole angeschlossen. Nach ein paar Sekunden erkennt das Gerät dann, dass es an eine KFZ Batterie angeschlossen wurde und die Connect LED leuchtet grün. Erst dann gibt es 12 V aus. Ich habe zur Sicherheit noch den Boost Knopf gedrückt. Man muss ihn kurz gedrückt halten, dann klackt es und dann kann man los legen. Da die Connect LED aber nicht grün blinkte, sondern grün leuchtete, war die Batterie nicht Tiefentladen und der Boost Modus wäre nicht unbedingt notwendig gewesen. Aber ich dachte mir viel hilft viel :D Danach habe ich die Zündung angemacht und das Fahrzeug startete sofort ganz normal ohne jegliche Verzögerung :) Anschließend hatte die AstroAI noch 75 % Akkufüllstand wie auf meinem Bild zu sehen ist. Ich gehe also davon aus, dass man mind. 4x Starthilfe mit Boost Funktion geben kann, ohne Boost wahrscheinlich öfters. Das aufladen mittels USB-C und meinem Smartphone Schnell-Ladeadapter ging auch recht zügig. Ich lade es jetzt immer voll und lege es dann für die nächste Panne in den Kofferraum. Da ich bald wieder in den Urlaub fliege und mein Auto dann am Flughafen stehen lasse, fühle ich mich jetzt mit der Starthilfe im Kofferraum auch deutlich sicherer. Fazit: Ich bin absolut zufrieden und konnte mir so den Batterieausbau zum externen laden sparen und das alles für nur 35 €, echt top :)
