I bought the 5.5 Qt, red since 2023. I remembered today that I have enameled Dutch oven pot i haven't used. So I brought this out to cook chicken stew. It was so good. It made cooking easier. I also the accessories including in the purchase. I'm giving it a 4star because I've not used it long enough to see if it wouldn't crack. I'll definitely buy again. I'll want to try the cheese cake recipe in the cookbook.

SO glad we bought this. What a game changer! Only complaint is that the “cherry red” is WAY more chili pepper or orange red in color and so doesn’t really coordinate with our kitchen accents which are more blue red. I wish we’d gotten the dark green.
