Westwater Products Thingamabobber Indicator w/Jam Stop 1/2, 5/pk, TBOB-1/2

I needed a strike indicator for those days that a larger dry fly just couldn't cut it. Choppier water, high winds or any other condition that would drown a dry fly. This works almost perfect. Not sure floating a red bobber down a crystal clear mountain stream is the best option for catching spooked fish. Maybe I am giving too much credit to the fish. Buy these, easy to put on, easy to see.

if you need these and don't use them, you should. delicate presentation (remember when bobbers would slap the water?). high visibility: switch colors if you're not getting the visibility you think you should have. I've used these since they came out and they're practically all I use. I'll go thru a dozen a year. I like to buy them individually in orange in shops, but I needed them for a trip and didn't have time to run out. they keep afloat all the tin I ever use.

These are one of the best strike indicators in my humble opinion. I already had the next size up, but want some smaller ones for a little more sensitivity. The jam stop is what I like the most about these strike indicators. Super simple to use and they work great.

My stuff arrived quicker than expected and was exactly what I ordered. The best part was the hand written thank you card in the package. I will certainly order from them again.

These work very well, stay in place on the line and give good indication if a fish ever finally takes one of my poorly presented flies.

No jam stopper on these to prevent them from sliding. I wish that was made clear on the item description as the photos show indicators with jam stoppers.

I think I like it without the extra thingy on the side. I loop the tippet through the eye, scoot the bobber up the leader, and wrap it around. It holds well and is like there isn't a bobber on the line at all. Very awesome product!
