Easy to use . Remember while wearing to breathe through your mouth . Hopeful for some noticeable improvement in the next year . Would order another if this would came up missing !

Adjustable
I got this today. At first, it kept falling off my small nose. Then I tried gently squeezing the metal to make it smaller, and after that it stayed on. Itโs surprisingly comfortable. I think it stays on well because I donโt have any moisturizer or cream on my face. I can shake my head, look up and down, and it doesnโt fall off. Iโm glad I read the reviews because many people said it doesnโt stay on. You just have to adjust itโlike a retainer. It is adjustable. Iโll update later to see if it actually makes the tip of my nose smaller or if I notice results. So far, itโs a good price and I like it because it has no smell. Iโm very sensitive to odors, so thatโs a big plus for me.
