This was intended to be used on my antique desk. When the product arrived it was packed very well, but soon as I finished unpacking it that is where the problems began. More than half of the stitching around the desk pad was broken away between the top and bottom pieces, one of the corners were bent and there was a crease that went down the middle of the desk pad. You can see it from the back and from the front.

I like the look and feel of the blotter. It arrived in excellent condition. It serves the purpose of preventing my laptop from scratching the surface of my desk. I've been using it under my laptop for several weeks. Today I noticed the top and bottom layers separating from each other in multiple locations around the edge. I see that the edges are glued together not sewn, though the design has the appearance that they are sewn together. I probably wouldn't recommend this product unless the buyer is ok with glueing the product edges back together. Too bad, as otherwise it looks good on my desk.

A bit pricey but will fit the bill for my dad who keeps marking the kitchen table with ink where he works (paying bills, correspondence etc.) I needed old-fashioned blotter to protect surface, but something stiff enough (not flexible) to stand behind and a cabinet when not in use.

Nice for the money. Serves its purpose in protecting, and looks good on my craft table which I color on.

I have a small secretary, with a fold out desk. I needed a blotter, found this one and it is perfect! It is great for writing notes and journaling. It is quite lovely and finishes my desk with a functional purpose. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product, at a reasonable price.

There is nothing better than buying something for a good price and having it show up and surpass your expectations. This desk blotter is of great quality and looks really nice. I like the soft velour-like bottom and the white stitching on top gives it a nice finished look. The size is perfect for my laptop with room to spare.

I am very satisfied with the quality of ths item. I wish now that I had ordered the bigger size - it will serve the purpose I need it for, but I wish they also had an XL size - say 24 x 36. I would definitely order that.

It looks and feels very "expensive" and yet it isn't. I regret not getting the larger size, but actually didn't realize there were two sizes until after I bought this one.
