Kärcher Steam Cleaner SC 3 EasyFix, 40 Sec Heat-up, Chemical-Free

This works really well. It heats quickly and is more than hot enough. We've cleaned tile floors, showers, tubs, sinks, the commode and mirrors and are very pleased. I spent the extra on this one because it wasn't made in China. It has a built in handle and needs to be picked up to be moved between rooms. It seems like it should roll, but we tried to roll it when going room to room and it tipped over. The downside to this steam cleaner is there is not onboard storage for the hose or the cord. If it had a retractable cord...I would pay more for that. As it is, it works great, but that would make it outstanding.

My friend advised me to buy this item and finely I did it. I wish I knew it couple years ago. It is so helpful especially for glass shower doors, no chemicals anymore, finally. I hate smell all different bath sprayers and with using this steam cleaner cleaning glass shower doors is a pleasure, only wipe with dry microfiber cloth and that's it. I use yellow microfiber from Costco, they are really best for me, don't remember if the are considered for car cleaning but I use them for house cleaning basically. Be aware you'll need at least couple of them for cleaning. My another tip I discovered for myself that I can use this microfiber for floor cleaning because the mop included makes floor quite wet. I use this steamer for all mirrors and windows, works great. All my life I hated cleaning all windows and with this machine I already washed all windows in my house and I find this process very fast.

This is the worst cleaning tool I have spent $ on. It gets every thing sopping, dripping wet so you have to wipe up the floor, the counter tops, things you may have left on the counter tops, etc. So make sure you remove every thing before starting. Have extra rags on hand. First picture is of the refrigerator drink dispenser where the steam did absolutely nothing but drip down the front of fridge so I needed to dry and shine that up. The 2nd pic is showing some water that dripped while I was cleaning them counter doors. This puddle doesn't accurately describe the amount of water as I hadn't thought to take photo until I had dried the area. . So I had to stop and wipe every thing off so again wouldn't have streaks. Thankfully I have mop I can dry the floor with when done. I wanted to return the product, I hate it so much but it appears you can't return used items. I probably could have returned if I bought locally rather than via Amazon. I would give it negative stars if available. Please look at ,maybe, a dry steam system but not any similar to this. You will also have and extra load of cleaning rags to wash/dry.

This steamer is easy to use and can do so much. The included attachments are handy and useful for all sorts of situations. I've used it for upholstery, tile, grout, shoes, etc. The steam gets just hot enough for most use cases and I haven't had any issues with it tripping breakers while using it for extended periods of time. During a 40 minute session, I only had to refill water once. Everything is a basic plastic, so it doesn't feel premium, but all the functions are clear and the lights help understand what the problems are when they come up. The only issue I've had with it is that it does sputter water. Don't really notice a pattern, but at least the first steam always lets out some spray. Afterwards, the steam comes out somewhat smoothly.

The Karcher steamer is an easy to use steamer. The ability to refill it for continuous running is a game changer on a household budget friendly steamer. combined with the filter for hard water and it is hands down the best purchase of in this category.

YES - I bought the right item. So glad I did not opt to go with one of the cheaper hand-held steamers. This is awesome - quite versatile. Karcher things of everything - except they did not include any channel or whatever to store the electric cord in . . . German engineering, and German workmanship - Made in Germany and not contracted out to Asia. High quality materials. I have used this to steam clean small items, tile floors and large windows. No issue if it runs out of water - it just stops steaming. No need to shut it off unless you're going to be gone for more than 20 minutes. Refill water without stopping what you are doing - no turning it off, etc. Just pour more water in. I bought a Karcher power sprayer 20 years ago - still going strong. I am sooooo glad I spent the extra money to buy the best steamer on the market. For me, well worth the extra dollars. (A major manufacturer has recalled thousands of those hand-held steamers - but the knock-offs are still out there - beware.) BTW: I bleed red, white and blue - wish there was a US product that could compete with Karcher - but not at this time.

This steamer has some very good merits, and some significant flaws. For the good, it heats up super fast. And the steam flow is strong and consistent, while maintaining a good temperature. So in terms of cleaning power, this unit works very well. The bad parts; there's no easy or convenient way to store the hose and accessories. It's not well thought out at all for storing, which is a big negative to me. The quality of the hose especially, is very disappointing. It feels very cheap and flimsy, and I'm sure it will crack and develop a leak at some point. Another thing I dislike is that the water container is just exposed and not sealed in any way. So if you tilt the unit over while transporting it, it will spill water all over the floor. Also, the nozzle will just leak or drip water out the front until steam starts flowing. Keep this in mind when using it to avoid over-saturating your work area with water before the unit is ready.

Excelente producto. Silenciosa, práctica, solamente necesitas agua. Limpia súper bien, pues el calor afloja la mugre o grasa y hace una diferencia muy grande al facilitar la limpieza profunda o del día a día. Totalmente la recomiendo.

The Kärcher SC 3 EasyFix has made deep cleaning so much easier! It heats up in under a minute, and being able to continuously refill the water tank without waiting for the unit to cool down is a huge time-saver. It blasts through tile grout, kitchen grease, and bathroom grime effortlessly without needing harsh chemicals. The attachments are easy to swap out, and the floor nozzle works great on hard floors. Highly recommend for any home!
