VEVOR Blacksmith Wolf Jaw Tongs, 18” Carbon Steel Forge Tongs with A3 Steel Rivets, for Horseshoes, Curved Shapes, Block Forgings, for Blacksmiths and Bladesmiths

I've been thoroughly impressed with these VEVOR 18” V-Bit Bolt Tongs. The quality is outstanding, and they’re made from durable carbon steel with sturdy A3 steel rivets, ensuring they can handle the heat and pressure of forge work with ease. What makes these tongs stand out is their versatility. The V-bit design securely holds a wide variety of stock sizes, making them an excellent all-round tool for any blacksmith, from beginner to expert. They feel solid in hand, yet the balance and grip are comfortable enough to use for extended periods without fatigue. I've tested them on various projects, including forging bolts, flat stock, and odd-shaped pieces, and they've performed flawlessly every time. They hold material securely, which is vital for precision work. If you're looking for a reliable and durable set of forge tongs, I highly recommend these. VEVOR has done a great job delivering a quality tool at an affordable price. A fantastic addition to any blacksmith's toolkit!

Since they arrived I've enjoyed working with these, they have made working in my forge simple and very safe Quality made, easy to handle. Arrived quickly and well packaged

Bought these with some trepidation. Their cost as against the 'opposition' was the worry. Relief.... these are as good as you will find even in the specialised 'forgery' world. As a long retired metalwork teacher and ofttimes a DIY blacksmith, these tools are as good as any I have ever used and far better than a good few of the vastly more expensive ones that are available now. Definite recommendation.

Not much to say, it holds hot metal well without burning me. Reasonably comfortable to hold, and grips objects relatively well.

Great tongs for the money.

These tongs are really good quality and value for money

Not amazing , the jaws bent after my first use

*EDIT* removed 3 stars. USED 3 Times, not fit for purpose. Anything more than GENTLY picking up a piece results in the jaws bending. Today, less than an hour and I've had to re-bend the jaws after every 2-3 hammer strikes. Don't bother buying these. Spend the money on a single better quality tool. Cheap. But don't expect quality. Edges sharp (fixed with file), all rivets extremely loose with alot of flex (easy to fix, hammer to preference), jaws and grooves out of line (reshaped with hammer and vice), Z + wolfjaw would not close fully (reshaped in vice) Good if you have some patience and don't mind fixing small issues

Fungerar bra! Rimligt pris

Very spot on

Pinces de bonne qualité

Des pinces qui on l'air de bonne qualité assez solide et sans jeu au pivot

Tools are as described. Seem to be a good quality, heavy duty set. They should work just fine for beginning forging and metal working.
