Item was much smaller than expected!
Returned for a full refund. Seller was extremely efficient with my concerns and provided a timely refund for the items returned. I did not have concerns with the seller, the item just wasn’t what I was looking for.

Excellent.
Great for back porch or by the pool. Snaps together in 5-10 min without tools. Large buckets of chlorine, propane tanks and charcoal fit with room above them. Can put a ton of life jackets and other patio/pool stuff in them. Sturdy enough to sit on. Only reason to give 4 instead of 5 stars is that when I re-ordered the same thing 1 week later, the pattern of grooves was slightly different on the second one. Probably newer or older model. Not a big deal since I put one out at the pool and the other about 50’ away on the porch. But I wouldn’t be able to put them side-by-side bc they look like they are trying to match...but don’t.

I would love to give this a better rating but the customer care of the company is preventing me from doing this. Why? you ask? Very good question. It is non existent. Actually, it does exist, it's just really bad, I mean really bad, as in, I don't care or give a .. about your problem exist. The item came to us in parts. You need to assemble the item. No problem, except that some of the parts are missing. Seems this is a common problem for Keter if you read the other reviews. We were fortunate enough that we had most of the parts. So we call Keter as directed by Amazon trouble shooting link and we got the most rude customer service rep. Apparently they don't have replacement parts for the missing parts. We would have to unassemble what we have already put together, box up and ship back to them so that they can then send us another one and, her exact words were "Hope you get all of the parts with the new one!" What? Really?? You don't have spare parts that you could send to fix this one. NOPE we don't. OKAY, so you really don't have good customer care do you? Again, literally this was the response.."That is what we are here for."I work in a customer care industry and understand what it means to put the customer first which apparently is a dying skill. I like the container and will keep it after figuring out some modifications that can be done to retro fit the parts needed. However I will never buy from this company again. And no I won't recommend this product to anyone else because of the company.

The product works but is not very large and is very flimsy for the money.
It accomplishes what I purchased it for but it is a bit smaller than I would like and was very flimsy. I am concerned in very hot sun it is going to distort and somewhat melt. We use it as a deck box which is what it was supposed to be.

Like REALLY study them
Look at the directions carefully! they are in picture form. Like REALLY study them, study the diagrams. Otherwise, you end up putting the pieces together in the wrong order and then painstakingly having to take them apart.....which, by the way, is best done with a butter knife slid slightly under the lip of the attached pieces and then turned while pulling slightly on the joint. DO NOT try to force them apart, they will break as a piece of mine did when attempting this.Otherwise - it came together with a SNAP. Literally. Everything snapped together including the lid. Seems sturdy enough to hold up to what I'm using it for: Storing outdoor hot tub supplies. Good price too.

It worked
Had a large sprinkler valve manifold that we could not find a box to cover all the valves. We cut a whole in the bottom of this box, placed it over the valves and covered them with insulation... Need is the driver of inventions.

Worth the price paid
This bin serves its purpose as a toy box for outdoor toys. Assembly was fairly easy. It appears sturdy enough for what I need it for but the lid has warped slightly in the extreme heat we are having - but a few bricks placed on top for a few hours remedied that problem. It can double as a seat but not a safe one for children and not very comfortable for adults but all in all for the price paid I am very happy with this purchase.
