Low profile bracket is not usable (for me)
I couldn’t properly mount the card using the low profile bracket on an Antec ISK mini ITX case. The dimensions of the bracket seem to be off, and as a result the card is too high or tilted. I didn’t have a similar issue with an NVME to PCIe adapter so I assume it is not the case or the motherboard. I will try to use it on another PC using the regular bracket, but for the intended use it doesn’t work for me.Edit: I was approached by the seller which offered a replacement bracket. It arrived and now it’s working perfectly. Excellent service

Card works OK but low profile bracket is flawed
Card itself works fine but ran into the same issue with the low profile mounting bracket that another reviewer experienced. It seems the dimensions of the low profile bracket are off to where you can't mount the card properly with it installed (card sits an angle in the PCIe slot). Can't speak on the regular bracket since I haven't used it. This card would've been perfect had it not been for the low profile bracket issue. If seller/manufacturer can get me a replacement low profile bracket that fits properly like they did for the other reviewer, I will provide an update.UPDATE (7/12/23):After leaving my initial review, the seller reached out and offered to send me a replacement low profile bracket. Got the bracket in the mail today and it fits perfect! Thank you!

Great Budget 2.5G Card – Works Well, With One Caveat
I picked up two of these QFly 2.5G dual-port PCIe cards and they’ve been phenomenal for the price. Easy install, solid performance on both Windows and Linux. The only hiccup was with PCI passthrough — the Realtek RTL8125B chipset doesn’t play nice with virtual machine passthrough. I had to fall back to a VirtIO setup for my router VM. Not ideal, but it works — and that’s on the chipset, not the card.Pros:Reliable 2.5G speedsPlug-and-play on most systemsGreat priceDual ports on a PCIe x1 slot — perfect for compact or low-slot systemsCons:Realtek chip has known passthrough issues in VM setupsVerdict: 5 stars. Great card, just avoid it for passthrough-heavy virtualization.

Generally good card
Generally great speed performance sometimes need to reboot a seconds time to get if drivers to load but all in all a solidly built card that fits very snugly beneath a RTX 4090

Misleading and pointless purchase
The card does use the expected Realtek RTL8125B chips and each port will hit ~2.35 Gbps by itself. But the PCIe interface is only Gen2 x1, which caps the total throughput at ~4 Gbps combined — you will never get the full 5 Gbps a dual 2.5G card should provide.Worse, if you only need one port, you can buy a proper single-port 2.5G card for half the price without this limitation. There’s no scenario where this card is the right choice.
