Can't really read the back of the bottle, what is in it?

This Chinese herb was recommended to me to be used on our geriatric dog with kidney failure. He passed last year at 18 years old. Unfortunately, I don’t have the bottle to be able to tell you what is in the herb. I think if you goggle it, you might get the info you are requesting.

Does this come come in capsule form (powder enclosed in capsule) instead of hard tablets?

Mine was round, hard, coated tablets- slightly larger than the size of a BB.
