1. Why does it heat up slowly?

To ensure your safety, our products utilize slow heating technology, eliminating the rapid rise in temperature that can lead to candle damage and fire.

2. Why is the display temperature inaccurate?

Therefore, the final temperature of the candle should be based on the actual measurement.

3. Why is the faucet clogged?

As candles are easily solidified objects, please pour out the candles promptly after heating and clean the residue in the faucet as soon as possible to prolong the service life.
